My name is Treesa Svatos and I was born in Portland, Oregon in the mid 1960's, so I suppose I am middle aged if you are counting years.
Our family was planted in Canby, Oregon in 1994 when my husband and I bought our home. I have two amazing daughters.
To honor my heritage you will find my clown costume is Dutch in design, my great, great grandmother's parents both traveled from Sweden.
Here are a few of my favorite things: FLOWERS, any and all. I like to hear the joyful laughter of children. I love getting to hold a puppy, and the
smell of a new puppy's breath. I enjoy receiving dandelions from children, as if it were the most exquisite flower ever. Most of all, I like those
special moments when you touch another's life with this wonderful gift of clowning.
For 2011, I am President elect of the Rose City Clowns and a registered member of the Clowns of America International. As part of the
Rose City Clown Alley, I have some of the best people in the country to clown around with and learn from. I consider myself very blessed to be
a part of a group of great clowns. The ROSE CITY CLOWN ALLEY is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to support, education and
act as a gathering place for the serious minded amateur, semi-professional, and professional clown. Members help advance the art of clowning
internationally and within their own local communities.
Some of the events I personally have been a part of over the past years are Clackamas Foster Children's Picnic, Thanksgiving Day Red Cross
Blood Drive and The Annual Candle Lighters party for children affected with cancer, and many more. I look forward to many years of giving back
to people, with the gifts God has given me.
